The BBroun platform is an integrated digital service designed to manage the full cycle of professional educational webinars. It functions as the central hub where users can browse upcoming evThe Skilathon website is a specialized, activity-based platform designed primarily to engage and connect with nursing professionals. The core functionality involves nurses participating in a knowledge review activity answering questions upon successful completion of which they are awarded a formal Certificate of Participation. The project's dual purpose is to provide nurses with a valuable opportunity to refresh their professional knowledge and, crucially, to serve as a strategic tool for the field marketing team to collect valuable participant data and encourage future engagement with the company's activities.ent schedules and receive invitations. A core feature is the automated management of the credentialing process, culminating in the issuance of a Certificate of Participation upon successful completion, making it a singular, end-to-end destination for professional learning and recognition.

CONCEPT

The core concept for the "Skilathon" platform is "Rewarding Professional Refinement." The design must integrate a sense of gamified achievement (the challenge/quiz) with the serious authority of professional development. The concept dictates a visually engaging, streamlined flow that clearly motivates the user towards the certificate. The interface will use elements of clear progression, instant feedback, and professional recognition to ensure the experience is quick, rewarding, and effective for both knowledge review and essential data capture.

CHALLENGE

The main challenge lies in balancing the need for a fun, high-engagement activity with the requirement for secure and compliant data collection from licensed medical professionals. Specific hurdles include designing an intuitive, distraction-free quiz interface that is both educational and technically reliable.

GOAL

The primary goals of this project are twofold: firstly, to maximize participation among nurses by offering a valuable knowledge review opportunity and the incentive of a Certificate of Participation; and secondly, to efficiently and securely collect accurate data from the participating nurses for future marketing outreach by field teams. A crucial objective is to ensure the question-and-answer activity is smooth and functional across devices, ultimately cementing the activity as a positive, recognized professional engagement.

TARGET USER AESTHETICS

The target user aesthetic for the "Skilathon" platform is Motivating Professionalism. The visual design should be clean, encouraging, and authoritative, appealing to busy nurses seeking professional growth and recognition. This aesthetic is characterized by a highly structured layout, clear use of progress indicators and visual feedback, and a color palette that blends corporate trustworthiness (blues, whites) with uplifting, active colors (such as bright greens or teals) to convey energy and positive achievement. The overall look must inspire confidence and reward effort efficiently.
