INTRO
The "Sanofi VTA" platform is a specialized digital tool designed to support a marketing campaign by Sanofi. Its primary function is to facilitate the secure collection, organization, and consent management of video testimonials from doctors across various hospitals. The platform is used by a marketing person in the field to upload videos, gather doctor details, and formally record their consent for using the content. The system then organizes these videos and associated data based on the contributing hospital, creating a centralized, accessible repository of professional content for internal use by Sanofi.
CONCEPT
The core concept for the "Sanofi VTA" platform is "Secure Authority & Structured Compliance." The design must project an image of professionalism and clinical reliability, essential for dealing with medical professionals and sensitive data. The interface should be streamlined and workflow-driven to minimize errors by the marketing person in the field. The visual and structural design prioritizes security badges, clear steps for consent capture, and robust data organization, ensuring every captured video is properly attributed and legally compliant.
CHALLENGE
The main challenge lies in designing a highly efficient yet legally compliant data capture workflow for the field user (the marketing person). This involves complex steps: ensuring explicit, recorded consent for both video and data usage is captured digitally; ensuring accurate data entry of doctor and hospital details under pressure; and managing the large file size of video uploads over potentially unreliable hospital Wi-Fi/mobile networks. The system must also be designed with robust security features to protect the sensitive professional data being collected.
GOAL
The primary goals of this project are to streamline and standardize the process of collecting video testimonials and associated data from multiple doctors and hospitals, ensuring $100\%$ legal and regulatory compliance for video usage and data consent. A secondary goal is to create a highly efficient upload and data entry workflow for the marketing personnel, reducing time spent on-site and minimizing data entry errors. Ultimately, the platform must serve as a secure and easily searchable internal content management system for Sanofi's marketing team.
TARGET USER AESTHETICS
The target user aesthetic for the "Sanofi VTA" platform is Clinical Efficiency. The design should be professional, enterprise-grade, and utilitarian, appealing to pharmaceutical marketing personnel and conveying the rigor required by the healthcare industry. This aesthetic uses a clean, minimalist interface with a corporate color palette (often blues and whites, reflecting the Sanofi brand), clear step-by-step indicators for workflows, and highly legible, organized data fields. The look and feel must prioritize trust, accuracy, and operational speed over visual flair.
